The overall trip was smooth and hassle-free—just the way I had envisioned it. Arianna was incredibly patient and accommodating, customizing the itinerary to fit my preferences perfectly. The local agents stayed in constant touch throughout, which allowed me to focus on enjoying the experience rather than managing logistics or the daily schedule. They were also flexible with last-minute adjustments, which was a huge help as I was traveling with my two kids who needed extra attention. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—this is my second time planning a trip with KimKim, and it’s always a delight. It was a group of about 80 people. While the experience was good overall, it wasn’t quite what I was hoping for—I was expecting a more relaxed pace and a deeper opportunity to explore the place. But with time we had the places we covered in a day..I would say it was a good tour.
