We had an absolutely amazing time on a one week tour of Morocco with our two children. Our trip planner and booking manager, Ali and Said of Original travels, did a fabulous job planning our trip and selecting activities and accommodations and went the extra mile to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Our driver Ayoub was the best! He was warm and friendly and welcoming, had a wealth of knowledge about all the places we visited and went out of his way to help us with our children. We were touched by the warmth and hospitality of the Moroccan people.

Hotel was beautiful and in a great location and our room was very nice and perfect for traveling with two children. However, the lobby and common areas could use a refresh and were not consistent with what “five star” would be in the US

One of our tents had a foul smell that wouldn’t go away even after the staff tried to address it.

This is a five star hotel in the sense that its facilities and amenities are extensive. However rooms and lobby were a little tired and in need of refreshment. Wouldn’t classify as five star by western standards.
