Trang was fantastic to deal with from the start she was informative and extremely knowledgeable
From being picked up from my Hanoi hotel to start my northern adventure .My driver Tu and guide Hoang treated me as a new friend.The trip to Sapa ,Bac ha,Mu Canchai,Nghialo,Mai Chau ,Pu Luong,Ninh Binh,Haiphong finishing with a night on a La Casta Regal cruise on lan ha bay went smoothly.Hoangs ability to answer all my questions and to inspire me to trek on a daily basis.At the end of each trek our ever reliable driver Tu would be waiting for us.
I particularly loved the homestays.The welcome from the whole family and sharing our evening meal together was a wonderful experience. So many highlights Bac Ha horse races and market,Mu Can Chai birthday celebrations and walking in Ninh Binh to name a few.
Trang also contacted me while on the trip to make sure I was enjoying myself

Great location Views were spectacular Breakfast okay
I think the pork dish we had for dinner was the best thing I ate on my whole trip I loved this place It has a really narrow staircase,little steps but so much character I stayed in a room overlooking the street
The family was so welcoming We shared an amazing meal together including a birthday cake Watching buffalo walking through the lanes nearby was a highlight for me People fishing and working in the rice fields
This homestays is fantastic The dormitory area was beautiful wood We shared another delicious meal together
Loved the view across the rice fields A lot of construction on site so we’re a bit disorganised Watching a man and his son crabbing in the rain was amazing
The swimming pool was incredible Food was just okay Very limited breakfast choices
Hotel a little bit out of the way from the action Swimming pool good but very hot area The staff were great and couldn’t do enough for you
Basic hotel located in a great location Not all rooms equal I changed because no aircon and got a great view No breakfast facilities
Room was fantastic Lying on your bed looking at the changing landscape was spectacular
