While the planning process was quite smooth initially, at the last minute there appeared to be a rush to assemble information from us. Further, we did not received an updated itinerary to include hotel changes before we left on our trip.
But, those details aside, we had a great experience overall and an especially memorable experience with two of our local guides; namely Maria and Vivi. Their attention to detail, promptness and professionalism was outstanding.

We apologize for the rush for the information at the end, we realized we did not have all the information about each member of your family, which is really important for us. We had to make some last minute changes to ensure you had an amazing trip, december is a bit chaotic, we hope you undertand, we always try to give you the best options.
