Let's start from the beginning :)
I use KimKim for a while and had no doubt that I will use it again for India and Nepal trip.
Then I found Bespoke India Holidays and Jay :)
I can describe in a few words the service - fast , trustworthy, safe, exceeded my expectations as an agent.
The holiday was organised for may parents-in-low. They travel a lot and have high expectations.
