Great trip to Portugal

We had a wonderful 10-day vacation in Portugal. Pedro did a great job setting up hotels, drivers, and guides. He really listened to what we wanted and adjusted the trip to suit our interests and uncertainties about how much walking some of our group could do. He communicated easily and regularly with us, including staying in touch via WhatsApp during the trip. We got upgrades in 2 of 4 hotels. The vans were super roomy for the 4 adults and accommodated all our luggage. Drivers were helpful and knowledgeable, and tour guides were great. We especially loved our walking tour of Lisbon's Alfama district, the Fado dinner, the day trip in the Douro Valley with private cruise and lunch and tour at a wonderful winery, and the Pousada at the former convent in Belmonte. The trip was a nice mix of city and country, private tours and time on our own. Everyone we met in Portugal was super nice and helpful, including people on the streets or in shops and restaurants.
