Overall had a wonderful time. Valentine was very helpful and would respond immediately to our questions.
Switzerland was great except the room in Montreal was uncomfortably small.

Your feedbacks are very helpful to improve our services. It is true that in Montreux, during the Montreux Jazz Festival, the availability of hotels is limited. We will think of an alternative hotel for next stays during this period or go for bigger rooms.
