Amazing - everything on our two week trip was flawlessly executed. We had never used Kim Kim before and now I will never plan a trip another way! It was so well organized and Lorena was very responsive. Highly recommend!

We had a great time, the food and service was amazing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and unique. The chocolate croissants at breakfast were particularly delicious!
