Amazing morrocan trip

Our Morocco trip was an amazing experience overall! The hotels were generally good, and the excursions were absolutely incredible. We got to see so much of Morocco and learn about its beautiful history and culture.
A special shout-out to Samir, our driver, who was truly amazing. He made sure we were safe throughout the trip, was professional and friendly, and provided us with so much interesting historical information about Morocco. He really went above and beyond to make our journey enjoyable.
Thank you also to Said for being so accommodating when we needed to make changes to our itinerary. His flexibility and willingness to work with us were greatly appreciated.
The one major disappointment was Hotel Le Medina Essaouira. In my opinion, it is absolutely not a luxury hotel and did not meet the standard we expected. The experience was so disappointing that I had to pay for another hotel because the accommodations were unacceptable.
Overall, Morocco was a beautiful destination with amazing excursions, wonderful experiences, and great people. I would definitely recommend the trip, but I would strongly suggest choosing a different hotel in Essaouira.

The hotel was clean and amazing We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special appreciation goes to the manager Ashmae ( sorry i spelling is wrong) who consistently checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. That level of personal attention really made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. The food was also excellent, with a great selection and delicious meals. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Morocco. We truly felt well taken care of from beginning to end!
Absolutely incredible hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The property was exceptionally beautiful, luxurious, and well-maintained, with attention to every detail. The service was outstanding, and the entire experience felt truly first-class. This is definitely a hotel where luxury meets comfort and exceptional hospitality. I absolutely loved my stay and would 100% go back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly luxurious and unforgettable experience!
Unfortunately, this was not my favorite hotel experience. The hotel did not feel like a luxury property, and there were several issues that made the stay disappointing. There was loud construction noise outside, which made it difficult to relax. I also had to wait a long time for my room to be ready, and when I finally arrived, the room was still being cleaned. Unfortunately, the room was not fully stocked with the necessary items either. The food was also not very impressive and did not meet my expectations. The room was very stuffy and smelly. Overall, I expected a much higher level of service and comfort from a hotel presented as a luxury property. There is definitely room for improvement.
What an amazing experience it was to stay in the desert! This hotel was truly wonderful, with delicious food, beautiful surroundings, and outstanding staff who made our stay even more special. The outdoor space was absolutely magical and created such a unique atmosphere. Most importantly, the live music during dinner was incredible. It added something truly unforgettable to the evening, and it is a memory I will always cherish. A beautiful hotel, exceptional hospitality, and a truly special desert experience. I would love to return! Shout out to Yussuf who remembered my name through out the stay and always helpful
