Liz, Diliana, and the whole team helped us plan the perfect trip. We felt heard, supported, and in safe care from the beginning planning stages all the way to our arrival back home. It was so incredibly nice to have our trip organized by day, tickets available in one place, and clear instructions/directions on where to meet for different experiences we had planned. The team really provided a stress-free experience! I cannot say enough how valuable that is to me! In the rare instance that I needed to reach out to them, they were responsive and helpful. This is my third trip planned with KimKim and I'll be planning more. A++ service and professionalism.
