Kimkim travel group provided exceptional service to us. Jessica and Athaya offered us quality customer care and service. They were accommodating, attentive, responsive, and overall, provided excellent customer service. The guides and drivers that they provided were also exceptional, kind and knowledgeable. Also, the accommodations (villas) offered were very comfortable and offered an environment of tranquility, comfort, cleanliness and serenity. The recommendations from coffee spots, spas, restaurants and shopping were also wonderful. I will definitely use them again. Brenda
