Absolutely AMAZING! Never ever doing a big trip without kimkim. Trip: 17 days - Palermo, Amalfi Coast, Rome, Florence, Cortona.

Caterina was so kind, helpful, and just overall very knowledgable and professional while plannning. She helped create the most perfect vacation to suit our needs with every detail covered. Caterina went above and beyond picking locations, tours, hotels, and having daily concierge service with airport/rental car shuttle services was the cherry on top! All of the drivers and guides were outstanding (especially Alberto in Amalfi!). Every one of the concierges we had at the varying locataions were in constant communication. They were always immediately available with a text/phone call. Seriously TOP NOTCH SERVICE. Truly cannot express how much we loved every single moment and how STRESS FREE Caterina and all of the guides and daily check-ins by the concierge made this trip. It definitely would not have been this low stress without all of the WONDERFUL people involved with our trip. We were able to just relax and enjoy and not worry about anything at all - we knew we were in great hands! Giant thank you to Martina, Chiara, Renata, Alberto, Sylvia, Daniela, Maria Patricia...I am sure I am missing some - there are so many to name! We truly had an amazing trip of a lifetime!
