Our trip to England was incredible! Kate truly listened to our interests and crafted the perfect itinerary—blending city highlights, countryside charm, and small-town experiences. In just one week, we visited palaces, farmhouses, and ancient Roman baths, and got a real feel for England’s rich history and culture. All of the travel arrangements were seamless—drivers were punctual and friendly, and our tours were fantastic. The Black Cab tour with Chris was fun and informative, and the walking tour of Bath with Ulrich brought the city’s history and architecture to life. Every hotel was spot on for our group of three. Our favorite was the Manor House in Castle Combe—beautiful, comfortable, and topped off with a lovely afternoon tea. Kate was thoughtful, organized, and so easy to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone planning a trip to England—she made our vacation unforgettable!

Great location and quick walk to cafes and pubs and sightseeing. One member of our party was a little put off by the decor, but that's just personal opinion. Otherwise the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford
Wolvercote, Oxford

This is your typical hotel. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Our first room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The hotel was kind enough to switch us to another room and offer a drinks card for the inconvenience. The room with two doubles was a little tight for 3 adults. In hindsight I should have requested two rooms. Included breakfast offered many options. Not easily walk-able to city center and needed to call an Uber to get around.

Dear Kathy,

What an absolutely wonderful message to read ❤️ Thank you so much for taking the time to share such kind words! It means the world to me to know that your trip to England turned out just as I hoped it would - full of history, charm, and those little moments that make travel so special.

It was such a joy working with you and your group, and I’m thrilled that you loved the mix of city life and countryside serenity. Chris and Ulrich truly pour their hearts into what they do and both of them will be over the moon to hear your praise 😊

And yes, The Manor House is such a gem, isn’t it? I can just picture you enjoying that afternoon tea surrounded by its timeless gardens - it’s pure magic.

Thank you again for being such a delight to plan for - thoughtful, open, and full of good energy from start to finish.

Wishing you lots of happy memories and warm cups of tea to bring you back to that Castle Combe feeling!

With all my best,
Kate
