Planning a trip with KimKim was so easy. From beginning to end there was such ease in the planning process. The website is intuitive and easy to navigate, the local specialists are adaptable and work with you to plan the best trip that fits your budget.
Adam was great to work with, he adapted the trip to fit some of the places I specifically wanted to see.
Communication was clear with everyone involved. There was a change that needed to happen for one of my excursions, it was so easy to remedy and an alternative option was provided.
I will be using KimKim again for my future travel needs.
Hotel Review
Hotel Astoria was a super cute little boutique hotel. The room was lovely, a tad small, but lovely. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were quite friendly and great to deal with. They ensured that all of our needs were met.
