Using Jane (and Stephen and Flora when Jane was not available) for planning our trip and during our trip was amazing. Her suggestions during the planning stage were so helpful to us and helped us avoid being overwhelmed. Jane’s guidance and the team’s support while we were on our trip was also awesome ~ if a minor issue arose or we needed confirmation of something the responses were always quick, relevant and helpful. There is no question in our minds that using Jane and the team enhanced our enjoyment of our UK and Paris trip!
Hotel Reviews
The accommodations were beautiful, with some really fun and unique features. No air conditioning or fans provided and it did get very warm. It is located across from a busy, noisy pub, which makes it challenging to keep the window open.
