Maria Jose was available when we needed her. Christian was excellent. Great personality, historical knowledge and wildlife identification. He knew how to match our pace for the itinerary.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience and thoughtful feedback.
We are truly happy to hear that you felt well supported and that both Christian and I were available when needed. Christian will be delighted to know that you appreciated his personality, historical knowledge, wildlife identification skills, and his ability to adapt the itinerary to your pace.

We also sincerely appreciate your observations. Regarding the lack of restroom facilities at the Cotopaxi lagoon, unfortunately, this is a limitation of the national park due to conservation regulations. We completely understand how inconvenient this can be and value you bringing it to our attention.

Concerning the Spanish-only commentary during part of the trip, thank you for your honesty. We take this feedback very seriously and will work to ensure better availability of English-speaking guides or additional support on future departures, as our goal is always to provide a clear, comfortable, and enriching experience.

Thank you once again for trusting us with your journey through Ecuador. It was a pleasure to be part of your adventure, and we hope to welcome you again in the future.

Warm regards,
Majo
