Morocco- A Trip of a Lifetime

Great first stop - amenities were good, rooms were nice, and food was delicious

Beautiful building but a bit outdated. Drain in shower was clogged, wifi was weak, but these are minor issues. It’s location is great.

Great experience for those that do not camp. Desert experience was awesome. My son and I sand boarded :)

Probably our favorite hotel. The host was awesome - the most engaged with us. He kept us laughing throughout our time there.

Location- great! Rooms - okay but a bit crowded (probably our fault as we had two adults and two children in a room). Pool was nice break from the heat.

Perfect place to begin transition back to our world. And truly just 5 min from hotel. Rooms were extra cold- which was great :)

We were exhausted from travel - and this was the best first step as if kept us awake which allowed us to adjust to the local time. The mosque is absolutely beautiful. The tour was really minimal but I can’t say a guide was needed to have the full experience.

We definitely want to go back to Ifraine! Don’t get me wrong- the other parts of the drive were great (eg, Atlas monkeys) too. But Ifraine is so different by being lush and green within that Atlas Mountains.

Without a doubt- Fes is the city to see! Authentic! We felt like we were experiencing the daily life of someone that lives there. Markets are phenomenal! Tannery is great!

Marrakech is definitely touristy - after experiencing Fes first - Marrakech was just “ok”. Then again, it was at the end of our trip so we had already seen a lot of what it had to offer and we were a bit exhausted.
