Said arranged for a wonderful trip for us. Karim was our driver and was fantastic! He shared his fascinating personal stories with us and navigated difficult traffic always with calm and a smile! A warm and caring person who was with us from beginning to end. We had some excellent day guides as well - Mohammad in Marrakesh and Sharif in Fes. I would not recommend the cooking class - not worth it and really just watching people make lunch. Otherwise the hotels and Riads were all wonderful - Riad Mohktar in Tangier; Riad Pelerin in Marrakesh and Riad Lina in Chefchaouen and Riad Braya in Fes - all amazing. We were 2 couples travelling and this trip did not disappoint. Well paced!

Excellent. Clean and beautiful decor. Rooms are small but comfortable and you don’t spend much time in them!
Excellent hospitable staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a problem with our AC and the staff were fast and followed up to ensure it was rectified.
Rooms were spacious and clean. Not many places to choose from In Imlil. Staff were friendly. Dinners were tasty.

Mohammad was excellent. Not pushy. Went at our pace. Personable and fun to hang out with.
Really enjoyed this! Very fun way to help a local family and learn more about culture and food. They had two young kids visiting which made the stay even better.

Much more technical than I appreciated.
This was a bomb. The guide didn’t really give us any information. We waited for an hour on a bench with no instructions. The “class” was really watching a woman cook us lunch. We chopped an onion and a few tomatoes. Zero instruction. Then we ate lunch which was almost inedible. The guide was nowhere to be found so we left.
This was a fun short excursion and something to add on but not a “must do”.
