Our recent trip to Spain (Barcelona, Rioja, San Sebastian, and Madrid) marks the third vacation KimKim has planned for us, and once again, it was a flawless experience. Each itinerary they create is seamlessly organized, perfectly paced, and deeply memorable.
The new KimKim app kept us fully updated and informed every step of the way, providing daily meeting locations, contact numbers, and clear summaries. Before our departure, our travel specialist, Coraima, even met with us over Zoom to review the itinerary in detail and answer our last-minute questions.
All of our local drivers and guides were prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. We want to extend a personal thank you to our fantastic guides: Noah (Gothic Quarter Tapas Walk in Barcelona), Gorka (San Sebastian pintxos and wine walk), Victor (Coastal Villages Excursion in San Sebastian), Macarena (Prado Museum Tour in Madrid), and Carlos (Private City Walk and Royal Palace Tour). We also want to thank Juan from Luxury Car Rioja, who was prompt and offered excellent local recommendations for our free time. Every one of these individuals went above and beyond to enhance our experience.
