All of our guides and drivers were knowledgeable and friendly. We loved being able to stop and take photos with the alpacas on our way back from Palcoyo! We had a great time!

Our room had no other ventilation than one window opening to the corridor. I would check your room when you book. The hotel was small but recently updated or built.
