36 days in Chile was wonderful and as all human endeavors, one cannot anticipate and plan out everything detail without having some surprising like adverse weather along the road. Our kimkim people were always available to answer our questions and as weather and road conditions required, we had very fast help to adjust our itinerary to continue onward safely for our fun filled adventures. Thank you Marcella and all of our local guides and drivers for you customer service focused approach to our travelling needs.

Loved the hotel between our adventures. Great food and all of the staff were fun and helpful.
Nice facility in a picture-perfect location, but cold water in a shower without doors to hold the water back was not fun at the end of a long day.
