Michelle was most excellent at planning for our group of 8 and all our requests.
Wonderful vacation experiencing a bit of New Zealand from North to South.
Our transportation, sleeping arrangements and activities were all well chosen and timed.
Excellent shuttle drivers as well.

The lobby is a bit small and a bit warm and it was confusing at first to check in at the cafe. Overall the rooms were great size, kitchen coffee station well stocked, enjoyed having a washer and drier. The park view is superb

Shared a suite with the in-laws. We each had our own rooms with tvs and connected bathrooms. Had a washer and drier on the room, kitchen is well stocked for coffee. Large dining table a couch in front the shared room TV. Hotel opens out onto the street for easy access to food and shops.
In my opinion, my husband and I got the best room in the house, room 6 at the top of the stairs. Felt like a cozy attic retreat. Coffee station, wibdow seat, private bathroom with shower, tv.
Big modern home, shared the place with my parents-in-law, they got one wing and er got the other side. Shared the kitchen. Watched the Lord of the Rings together in the living room while having laundry washing in the garage. Nice view and comfortable beds.
Bed, bathroom, coffee station in room, huge tree out front, restaurant on the main level. Has a parking garage under the building.
