Sandy was a wonderful support for this bucket list trip! She was very responsive to our requests for modifications during the planning stages and very supportive while we were on the trip

It was wonderful to experience a royken. The simplicity of the room was a bit of a surprise but it truly had everything we needed We won’t need to repeat sleeping on the floor!

Regarding the transportation in Hakone, I completely understand how the difference from your expectations may have impacted the experience. I will take this as an opportunity to further refine how we communicate and arrange local transfers, ensuring everything feels as seamless and intuitive as possible.
Your suggestion about seasonal adjustments is very well noted. Travel experiences are closely tied to timing, and I agree that when cherry blossoms are not yet in bloom, offering equally meaningful alternatives can enhance the overall journey.
