We visited Costa Rica from Jan 4-18. We started in Tortuguero and finished in Manuel Antonio. We spent 2 nights in 5 different locations and 3 nights in Tamarindo. For the most part that was a perfect amount of time. However I do wish we had 3 nights in Manuel Antonio and a better hotel location in Arenal. The Kim Kim team was always easy to contact. The tour guides they work with are very good especially Marco in Tortuguero and Charlie in Arenal. We appreciated the good food we ate for breakfast and the kind workers at the lodges. All were very helpful. Don’t hesitate working with Kim Kim.
We did buy trip insurance since the payment amount due was several month before departure.

Awesome jungle experience. Rooms are spacious, nice pool and bar.
Friendly helpful staff, pretty surrounding with pool, good location. The room was very dark, poor lighting, fan did not work
Fine for one night stay when leaving on a trip. Helpful staff. Breakfast stared a bit late at 7am. We had to leave the hotel by 6:30am
This hotel is not ideally located. If you want to go out you need to take a cab. Would prefer a hotel with the hot pools near by or at the hotel. Pay for this upgrade!
Beautiful hotel, excellent location, fantastic daily breakfast buffet.
Pretty hotel, nice swimming pool and hot tube. Nice walking trail on the premises. We throughly enjoyed the dinner and sax player in the restaurant. The restaurant staff is amazing. Creative food! Bed was comfortable and staff very accommodating.
Breath taking views! Beautiful Spanish style hotel, outdoor dining, breakfast buffet and hiking near by. We watched the monkeys and birds from our balcony on early mornings. It was just great. Also hiked down to the beach one afternoon. It’s a wonderful place to stay. Need a car or cab if you leave the premises.
