We did a 8 day tour to Costa Rica and KimKim helped it plan extremely well. The trip went very smooth. It was great to have them in the background, as we navigated the 8 days, every step of the way to include timely intervention with hotels and other services to verify the expected services were being provided. Their communication tool/service worked excellent for us. I am already planning to use their expertise for 3 more trips. Thank you for a memorable trip to Costa Rica that included central area San Jose city tour, Northern area Arenal/LaFortuna, and South west area National park/beaches.
