The Hanoi program could have been made better. We booked a day trip for the second day via TripAdvisor, which cost us some money. KimKim should have planned a trip to some of the neighboring villages. Also, the day tour that you organized in Hanoi on the third day was very boring, we went for a lunch with the tour guide that day, which was the best part of the tour. It was just 3 hours of tour max.
Ha Long Bay was well done.
The hotel at Hoi An was very good, and the overall experience in Hoi An was good.
Both hotel staff were very nice, polite and served us very well.
