First time with Kim KimKim and very happy with everything.
Lorena is very knowledgeable with Chile and understands what we're looking for.
Lorena and the team had been a great help in every way, from planning, multiple changes and support during the trip.
She's always responsive. Our flight was delayed so we missed the connection on day 1, Lorena and Valentina helped secure last seats on new flights and saved the day! Our grand trip would have been ruined if it weren't for their help.
We had a great time and are very happy with the support received throughout. Highly recommend anyone going to Chile to connect with Lorena.
