Janelle was truly outstanding, helping us to put together a trip to Northern Spain with a lot of moving pieces. None of the 5 us had been to that part of the world before, and she made it easy to hit a lot of wonderful highlights. The guides selected were excellent, and each of the hotels and restaurants the team reserved for us was GREAT.
