There were some problems upon checking into the ski resort. Francisco, who was constently involved every step of the way, took care of all. Never a question that was not answered immediately. All 6 gentlemen loved their trip and had a phenomenal time. Thank you Francisco!
Hotel Review
I only give it a 4 out of five because the rooms that were booked did not exist. Alternatives were given and all worked out fine. Also: Hotel 3 Puntas Valle Nevado had the only night time bar/lounge and the noise was constant - however if the men were in the age group - all would have been fine and they learned to live with it.
