We had an absolutely wonderful time in Spain and Portugal! Thank you Marta and Raquel for your dedication to service and attention to all the specifics involved with my itinerary. Our trip ran smoothly and seamlessly. It was comforting to know that the kimkim team was available to us 24/7 throughout our entire trip. The centrally-located hotels, tours, guides and transportation were spot on. Thank you for taking good care of us. We definitely will be coming back to kimkim for our next adventure!

The hotel was just what I expected; centrally-located, beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful in securing our luggage after check out so we can have a relaxing visit at the Mosque-Cathedral.

The courtyard was especially beautiful and relaxing. The washing machine in the room was a nice touch if we needed it.

The room was very clean and comfortable but as a couple, separate twin beds, which could not be rearranged due to the configuration of the room, was unexpected.
