From the first greeting at the airport in Venice to the last goodbye at the airport in Rome our mother/daughter trip to Italy was expertly planned and perfectly executed. The entire team of KimKim staff, local guides and drivers were absolutely exceptional. Alessia Carraro, our personal concierge, was a great guide in Venice for our bacari tour and kept us organized and updated each of the 10 days of our trip. Her communication and timeliness was unprecedented. Mrs. Lucia Monetti helped us navigate Florence and get to our train on time even in challenging traffic conditions. Valeria Arcangeli was a fantastic guide for the aperitivo tour in Rome and took us to special local places while also sharing details about the rich history of Rome. The pizza making class at Pizzeria al Grottino was fun, education and fantastic. Thank you for creating an unforgettably special trip for us. We are singing KimKim's praises!
