The visit to the Maya ruin was spectacular and the guide that we had, unfortunately I don't remember his name, was so knowledgeable. He really made that tour such a great experience.
Just one thing about that particular day .... At 8: 00 AM we were expecting to get picked up. When he did arrive at approximately 8:40 we realized there were several of the people on the tour and that's why he was delayed. It would have been nice to know there was going to be a wait time.

I truly appreciate you pointing out the pickup delay. You’re absolutely right, it would have been better to communicate that in advance. We’ll make sure to improve our communication on this moving forward, so expectations are always clear. I am already in touch with the person in charge.
