Our Thailand journey was truly incredible! I'm unsure where to begin in expressing what a wonderful experience it turned out to be. Lacey played an exceptional role, making our trip special from the planning stage to our time in the country. She demonstrated professionalism, an understanding of personal preferences, and constant availability for support.
Although it was my first time using KimKim and I was initially skeptical about managing everything online without personal interaction, everything proceeded so smoothly that I am certain I will use it again in the future!
Our trip was tailored to meet both my husband's and my preferences, featuring a diverse range of activities throughout our stay. The activity pace struck a perfect balance—providing ample opportunities for enjoyment without becoming overwhelming. We received a comprehensive information package before our arrival, ensuring everything was crystal clear. We encountered no issues and always felt well taken care of, which was especially appreciated given the exhaustion from the past couple of months.
In addition to the fantastic excursions, we were fortunate to meet Toto, our local guide for almost a week. Toto undoubtedly stands out as one of the highlights of our trip! Traveling with him felt like exploring with a local friend, and we genuinely hope to reunite with him soon. His vibrant and considerate nature ensures you have the best possible local experience.
All in all, this was our most memorable trip ever! Thailand is a phenomenal country, and Lacey played a pivotal role in enabling us to savor every moment to the fullest.

The Island is very nice and all in all we appreciated the day trip. However, it was with a very big group and especially in the way there, with high waves, we were all crunched against each other. I could barely move my legs for +1hour.
