Guides were all great, especially day 2 guide.
Hotels were fantastic especially Cerulean and the best was the Thousand
Winnie was very helpful and responsive
Train station in Osaka is not easy to maneuver for tourists but railway staff was very helpful.

The hotel is very chic and free bubbly and ice cream are great. The in room bath and outdoor decor were great. The restaurant was not good.
