Trip was a lot of fun and Jane did a great job helping us feel comfortable navigating England without a car. We had a couple hiccups, most notably an issue with the hotel reservation the final night that meant we had to rent another room separately from the original reservation. But Kimkim was able to follow up and reimburse us for the additional cost.

Staff were super helpful and always offered to go above and beyond my expectations.
Small room but had everything we needed. Easy walk to underground and London Tower.

Great day and enjoyed our guide.
Really interesting place but got crowded quickly the morning we went.
Really special to see a show in this theater and experience the really interactive atmosphere between the audience and actors.
Interesting tour, busy but not super packed in the late afternoon.
We did this on a dreary rainy late afternoon but our guide was wonderful and really help turn a somewhat gloomy feeling afternoon into a pleasant experience.
Late in the day tour that meant we couldn’t enter any of the colleges (they lock doors at 4pm). Would have preferred an earlier tour if we had known. Guide was very nice but not as informative on the history of the colleges as we would have liked. No entry into the Bodilean libraries or other buildings included. MUST book this separately and in advance if you want to see them. Another item I wish we had know as it was on the must see list for our trip.
