Amazing trip and customer service. Our family of 3 had the most incredible 9 days in Colombia - split between Cartagena, Tayrona and 4 days hiking the Ciudad Perdida trail. Margoth fielded my numerous questions in advance patiently and graciously! And then once there we were still able to reach out and make tweaks to our itinerary. We ended up catching a bug on our penultimate day, and Margoth and team had the driver show up with gatorade and extra hydrating drinks. So thoughtful! We would love to return to Colombia and will definitely use Margoth and team again. Absolutely loved Colombia and its people. We felt totally safe and it was so relaxing to have everything set up front (drivers, guides, restaurant reservations) so we could just sit back and enjoy!
