Our entire trip was amazing. We loved every single activity and had a great experience overall. Emilce was very helpful throughout the whole planning process, especially when we had to delay our trip due to COVID. We plan to book all future international trips through KimKim. There is not a single experience on out trip that we did not enjoy or wouldn't do again. My only minor complaint is that I wish our itinerary was more detailed and included contact information for our drivers/guides or at least the company name we would be looking out for (pick ups were sometimes confusing when multiple different tour buses were waiting outside the hotels in the morning).

Beautiful hotel, but they ran out of King beds so we had to be put in a double room, which was frustrating when we booked months in advance. They were able to upgrade us to a room with a balcony for this reason.

communication with the front desk was poor, they told us the cab would pick us up at 7am and we would have breakfast at 6:30am, and then the following morning told us the cab was there at 6:30 and left because we weren't ready. This communication error could happen anywhere, but I specifically confirmed these times the afternoon before and then the woman proceeded to tell me that we did not talk about a 7am pick up the following morning.
