Great cabin with ample space. Food was Ok, not exceptional. Access to the prvate lounge was nice but there were no views from the lounge....a little unfortunate. Overall a great experience.

Great staff and the quality of the facitiy was excellent. Location does not get any better.

Great location and excellent food both breakfast and dinner. The rooms and hallways were a little tired / worn looking. Our room was quite small (no room for 2 bags) as oposed to our traveling partners who has sufficient room for the four of us to sit together.

For one, you can't beat the location. Having the extra sitting area in the room was very well appreciated. Breakfast selection was OK but the dinner was excellent. Walking through the houskeeping service area to get to the room as a litle awkward. The staff was cordial ovreall but not as welcoming as other placed we visited in Norway.

Small cabin but had a nice view. Food was great. As was the common area seating. Felt like a commuter ship as things were being cleaned while we were boarding / sailing / disembarking.

Learned a lot of details about viking life and culture. Good hands on demostarations but all were not staffed at the time of our visit.

Eirik did an excellent job....being a lifetime resident with a great understanding of the history and culture.

Tons of hiking opportunities at the top. Food in the cafe is limited and not very satisfying, We did not try the restaraunt but it looked amazing, as did the bar.

We loved our stay here. It was clean with comfortable beds. The location was great for exploring the city and the Christmas markets. The breakfast was delicious- one of favorites out of our trip. Will definitely stay again!!

The room was nice and big. It could use some updates. The bathroom was a little grungy with stains on the tile and smelled like a gas station bathroom.

Great location especially for a morning flight out of Oslo. Don’t miss the breakfast. Lots of options and was super yummy.

The food was excellent. The cruise was fun and beautiful.

It was smaller than expected but it was amazing to see the different ice sculptures. The drinks were delicious. Great way to spend a short time.

Loved the guides and the camp was beautiful. They were able to answer questions and were very knowledgeable, we learned a lot! Loved feeding and being up close to the reindeer.

This was so much fun and the staff gave so much information about the dogs. They take such care and the dogs are so well taken care of. The area is stunning with great views along the way.

Great views! The northern lights were beautiful and we could see fireworks all over the city for New Year’s Eve. It was crowded.

Ervin (aka Wreckless haha) was honestly one of the best tour guides I've ever had, and I do a lot of traveling. He was very down to earth, very in tune with what we wanted to do and talk about, and we both felt very confidant in his abilities and comfortable around him. Me and my friend Christy had an awesome day seeing some amazing views, hiking with him and eating some local treats ("Don't call it a KitKat") lol. Would highly recommend this local tour company, and obviously if they give you Ervin to lead you, definitely a bonus.

They took us all the way to Finland to see the lights because the weather was bad, and in my opinion that was above and beyond what I was expecting!

Great little cabins in a perfect location for exploring the islands. Check- in was easy. The views were awesome. Would highly recommend. Only suggestion would be paper towels in the kitchen.
