CK41 Tours is a local DMC founded in 2010 and started as a ticketing agency in Nonthaburi, Thailand. After 5 years, it expanded to outbound and inbound agency and focused on the worldwide market. Currently, we are closely working with American and European clients.

From 10 years long veteran team members to newcomers and foreign members, CK41 Tours owns a colorful, professional, and dynamic team. These diverse backgrounds, tastes, and ideas make the team unique and good result in brainstorming for a seamless trip for our clients. Until now, we arranged different trips for solo travelers, couples, family, and friends as much as sustainable throughout their trip. Bella did an amazing job setting things up for us and adjusting to our needs. Our diver from the airport, for a tour of the island, and delivery back to the airport as well as the other drivers, tour guides from Mr. Tu's and the Elephant Sanctuary were exceptional. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the staff was extremely helpful. The atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and peaceful for a beachside resort, which made the experience more relaxing than the hotels I have stayed at in the past.

Authenticity & Character
It was quiet and peaceful for a resort. The style of the hotel was open air with the rooms being spacious and air conditioned without feeling out of character.
Location
The location is great. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, though it is a bit out of the way and pretty far from the touristy area, so transportation is needed unless you enjoy long walks on the side of the road.
Staff
We didn't interact with most of the staff other than at meals, but the ones we encountered were courteous and motivated to help in whatever manner they could.
Cleanliness & Comfort
As stated above, the room was spacious. It was also very clean and the AC made it a comfortable place to relax after a long day.

The snorkeling on this tour was great, with a good amount of reefs and fish to see. Don't expect Great Barrier Reef quality, but it was great to finally see some fish after our first day not seeing anything. The Japanese Garden was a little disappointing, but did not take away from the experience as a whole.

This was a great start to snorkeling. There wasn't much to see and the time we got to snorkel was short, but it gave my wife and I the ability to learn how snorkeling is done before we missed out on future snorkeling experiences. The kayaking was great. The hiking was good, but we came to learn that Thailand doesn't really know the difference between ladders and stairs 😂

We really enjoyed seeing three distinct parts of Thailand, Bangokok, Koh Sumai, and Chang Mai. Leena, our guide in Bangkok, was great and listened to our feedback. We didn't have a guide in Koh Sumai. Our guide in Chaing Mai, Lilly, was also wonderful and provided a lot of interesting information about the areas we visited. If I had to change anything about the intinerary, I would trade one day in Koh Sumai for another day in Chaing Mai. The accomodations we stayed at thoughout the trip were very comfortable and nice quality. It was a good mixture of a guided and self-led vacation.

​The outstanding level of service only continued once our trip began. When we arrived at our first hotel in Bangkok, there was a gift bag from Bella welcoming us to Thailand, which we found to be unbelievably thoughtful. Whenever we had questions about the itinerary or local customs, she would always reply via WhatsApp within minutes.
The tours and activities themselves were also top-notch. We ended our trip feeling that we came away with far more knowledge and context to all of the sights that we saw than we ever could have if we had planned things ourselves. Our tour guide in Bangkok, Leo, was especially knowledgeable and made us feel like we were truly receiving an immersive look into the Thai culture.
​We did experience a hiccup with one of our flights to Phuket, which was pushed back several hours without us or Kimkim being notified. Even though Bella had zero control over that, she still went out of her way to arrange accommodations for us during the newfound downtime and even helped reschedule the tour we ended up missing because of the delay. All of this required zero effort on our part. Truly great service.
​Throughout the entire trip, Bella was remarkably communicative. Between her and the Kimkim app, we felt so prepared that we could comfortably move from activity to activity without ever having to give a second thought to tickets or confirmations. All of the information we needed was conveniently located in a single place within the app.
​I would recommend Kimkim to anyone looking to plan a trip, and I would absolutely recommend Bella for anyone planning a trip to Thailand. My wife and I truly feel like we had the honeymoon of a lifetime.

Everything worked out well and we got to custom our experience to what we wanted to spend time more on.

I would say that the planning for Phuket was the least successful because traffic from the landing day was not taken into account which changed the first day Itenerary. The island hopping was also not anticipated to fill the whole day. If we knew, would have been fine skipping this. The tour guide did amazing with all the changes though!

Bangkok tour guide lady was exceptional! She was very accommodating and took all of our wants and really catered to how we want to spend time on.

My time in Thailand was the best experience in all aspects! I don't believe there was any "specific" part of the trip that stood out as my favorite. Mae Klong Railway, Damnoen Saduak Floating Market and Mangrove Forest visit was a wonderous experience, as well as China Town and the various markets. Learning the history of the Temples and Thai culture was an exceptional experience and my guides were well versed with their presentations of all the sites that I visited. I enjoyed the food from the various vendors throughout Bangkok and Pattaya. Everyone that I came in contact with, from my guides (Ms P Leena and Mr P Golf, drivers Chen, Mr P Golf and Pumin J), locals, hotel staff and vendors, were very pleasant and always willing to assist to make my stay in Thailand spectacular! I experienced first hand why Thailand is called the "Land of Smiles" and how very true that statement is in every aspect!

The one thing that made my decision to go with KimKim Travel is their commitment to have a personal Travel advisor (Benjamin) located in Thailand. This was a big plus in my book to have someone available to answer questions, make changes or offer personal advice without a time delay. Ben's attention to detail and his listening skills made my visit to Thailand the best experience of my life! Great job to everyone and I thank you all!

I enjoyed every minute and every excursion that was set up with such a wonderful personal touch. I will remember this trip forever as the best trip of my life? Very spacious and clean room! Balcony is a must. Refrigerator is stocked with drinks and snacks at a cost but very convenient! Quiet location and exceptional staff in every aspect! The pool and layout of the hotel is exceptional. Dining is very reasonable and tasty. Make sure to experience the breakfast buffet! Walking street is extremely close to the front entrance.

The hotel staff is great and they do a great job making the stay very comfortable. My only concern is the actual size of the room doesn't match what is shown on the hotel website. Smaller room than what the pictures show on the website and the view outside the balcony aren't as spectacular as you would think from the presentation of their website. The room is very clean and comfortable. I just wanted to share this observation.

Watching the train moving through and back was an incredible experience. The vendors pack up and move everything out of the train's way with incredible speed. Everyone is taken care of to ensure that they are behind the lines to ensure safety.
