Amazing old place, very crooked, but in the heat very warm, no fans and no airconditioning.

Old flair and great breakfast room. Personal rooms were very warm and the ones we received were quite small (per reception staff, "the cheapest we have" - which was disappointing since we thought we paid for higher level - but that is on kimkim or its staffing

Service, charm, food, drink, all amazing. Boys thought we walked into Hogwarts. Not much more I can say about that!

Just the charm. Lobby was a great place to relax and have a drink. Staff was really friendly.

Historical elegance, great service and food and location. Concierge was great at understanding what we were looking for and guiding us to more authentic dining experiences!

Very unique and modern hotel. Really liked the pool, cold plunge tub and sauna. Service by employees also excellent. Good location, walked to several restaurants and shopping was close. Recommend this hotel.

We wound up staying in one of their cottages versus the hotel itself. The cottage was good. It was 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms.

I've never ridden an e bike. It was pretty easy if you know how to ride a bike in general. It was like someone giving you a gentle push. The tour guide, Sergio, was great and easy to keep up with

Authentic hotel in a beautiful city. Only slight negative was no elevator for our travel or who uses a walker/rollator. But, when we asked her, she also said she enjoyed the hotel’s charm and location.

We loved this hotel, it is beautiful and located in a great place to get around the town and access sights, food and shopping.

We had a new guide for the walking tour of Copenhagen. It might if put her at a disadvantage because we were brand new to her and we were a large group. She weals able to teach us about Copenhagen and show us really cool things. The canal tour was good, better for the adults than the kids.

Great area to explore. Our Florida kids thought the water was cold, but they still enjoyed themselves.

Very cool boat that was fun to explore and learn about how the sailors worked.

Legoland was fun and easy to get around. The park wasn't too busy and our hotel was attached to the park, so it was a great set up!

Our Lego lovers had a great time here. The Lego House was fun and had diverse activities to do with the legos.The mini Chef restaurant was a big item for some in our group and we were able to eat there and have a great experience.

Lot of things to do an see here at the Viking Center. The kids learned about Viking training and how to fight. We were able to see how their houses were made and different things they made. It was a very cool place to visit and learn about the Vikings.

Wonderful horseback riding experience. The staff taught all of us about how to ride, how to tack the horses and then we rode. It was a beautiful and fun experience that everyone from 5-76 years old enjoyed!

This was a great activity where we learned how to row and sail in the Viking wooden ships. They were able to let the adults and children learn different tasks on the boat and I thought it was wonderful.

This. Zoom is awesome! The animals are beautiful and we could see all of them and felt so close to them. We were able to take the boat to and from the zoo which was a great hit for everyone, especially the kids.

We were able to tour the Cathedral at the recommendation of our tour guide/bus driver. It is beautiful and a great place to visit. We had a wonderful stay in Roskilde

Tivoli Gardens was so much fun and a beautiful place. The kids and adults had a great time in the rides. There was great food and fun had during this activity.

Fantastic museum for the kids and adults alike. It was an interactive experience that was so interesting and we really enjoyed it

Svend Erik was so helpful and patient at the airport and throughout our trip. He waited for our arrival and helped sort out the walker/rollator that didn’t arrive with us. He took care of that and found a temporary replacement for our traveler to use so she wasn’t held back from enjoying our trip. His hospitality, concern and care for us was felt throughout our wonderful 10 days in Denmark. We loved that he was our bus driver and tour guide so he could get to know our interests and needs while on our trip ( which is quite a feat considering our group size and diverse personalities)! He was also so great with the kids who ranged in age from 5-14 years old. He took time to teach them about the Royal Guard and how to drum. He also added a quick stop to a place we were interested in going at the last minute. We are so grateful to have met him and have him show us Denmark!

Great lunch bit couldn't hear the guide so missed some info.as speaker near us was broken. Complained but staff couldn't do anything. Company refunded part of our fee.

Didn't have a guide really but a driver. And we had asked repeatedly if this was appropriate for us and it was not. Could have done other things adventure camp great for an overnight stay if you are a zipliner. We didn't or couldn't climb the tower so a brief walk in the woods same with the cliffs. We couldn't really enjoy it. A wasted day

Very good location and efficient check in check out process. Front office staff (I think his name was Christian) was extremely polite and helpful. Made sure we got the room we liked and offered us the fan in the room as it did not have air conditioning Breakfast could have been better by changing the menu. Everyday same options were repeated. All in all very good hotel.

Beautiful town and worth the visit

We had planned to visit on Monday but it was closed so we went the next day

Driver was very rude and aggressive. My wife was a bit slow in getting off the bus and the guide taunted with lot of sarcasm “Oh I thought you are going to stay on the bus” When I asked him that we have booked the tour so why do we need to buy the entrance tickets for the Forest, the guide Complained nobody listens to me when I am talking and that we are wasting his free time by asking questions and that he does not get any tips. Guide told us that he spend DK 1,200 to bring us to the Forest (Is that our fault) When we asked him to open the bus so that we can get our bag that we have left behind, again he was aggressive and said that we are wasting his time but will oblige us just because we said please. The guide said that he is not discriminating. The fact that the guide said that is proof that he was in fact discriminating because we were the only dark skinned people in the bus. My wife was very nervous and felt threatened with the aggressive and hostile behavior of the guide to the extent that she started weeping. We had to abandon the trip and take a taxi in the rains back to the hotel, which meant 1 entire day wasted. Solveig was very kind and supportive and comforted us by offering to book a taxi for us.

Most of the cafe and restaurant were closed. It was like a curfew

Nice big space and very nice hosts, but the bedding, and towels were terrible rough. I would suggest new towels for sure!

This hotel was very cute and we loved the breakfast! The rooms were clean and nicely decorated! My suggestions for this hotel would be have more counter space in the bathroom, very hard to get ready with no place to put anything! I would also have liked to have a place to put our luggage other than the floor. Other than that, it was perfect!

This castle was amazing and not to be missed if visiting Denmark!

We enjoyed having the tour of the museum it was nice to hear first hand about the pieces in the museum!

We called to tell him we were running late, and he was very unflexible in possibly meeting us in a new location! Then when we were late, he was very rude and upset that we were late. Very off putting to be treated so rudely when we tried to solve the problem!

The guide was super informative and darling! We loved this tour!
