We loved staying in the suite of Palm hotel Nice. We arrived late and we forgot to call them and update them, thinking they would have a 24 hour reception like we had in Paris. But when we arrived at 9pm, everything was locked. We called the hotel and the Nicola led us in via code and the receptionist was kind enough to leave keys for us , even without a proper check-in.
