I am a travel advisor for JayWay Travel and I get joy from planning amazing adventures for clients with the knowledge I've gained having traveled extensively throughout Europe. I prefer to build a relationship with my clients and really get to know them so that I can suggest the best things to do in order to make their trip as memorable as possible. My specialties are in Central and Eastern Europe where I have traveled the most.
What places and activities do you specialize in?
"Central and Eastern Europe. Specifically Italy, Croatia, Germany, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania."
How did you get involved in travel?
"During my time in university, I studied abroad twice which eventually sparked my passion for travel. Eventually, I decided I'd like to have a career in tourism to be able to pursue my travel goals and most importantly share those experiences with others so they can enjoy them just as much as I did!"
Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.
"I'd have to say in Cape Town, South Africa when I went diving with Copper Sharks and also snorkeling with seals. Being that close to animals in the wild (especially sharks) was very memorable."

One week is a great introductory trip to Croatia, especially if you focus on a single region like the Dalmatian coast or the northern Istrian peninsula. You can cover country-wide highlights if you don't mind a fast pace and flying open-jaw—thanks to the international flight options to both Zagreb and Dubrovnik, you can start your trip in the north and work your way to the southern coast. With a week in Slovenia, you can take in various highlights or spend your time exploring one region, like Mount Triglav or the Julian Alps, in greater depth. In these five one-of-a-kind itineraries, you'll hike between mountain huts in Triglav National Park, sample local wines in Goriška Brda, cycle through native forests on the Istrian peninsula, swim and kayak on Lake Bled, and hike through the picturesque gorges and villages of the Soča Valley.
It’s easy to follow the crowds in Croatia, but that doesn’t mean you should. Although the Dalmatian Islands, Dubrovnik, and Split rightfully receive many accolades, it can pay off to forge your own path—especially in crowded peak season. Try Istria's best seafood in a sleepy fishing village, find hidden culinary delights on an island known for nightlife, and encounter the country's past through historic architecture and monuments.
October is one of the prettiest months to visit Slovenia. With few visitors, experience the changing foliage throughout the country, the Julian Alps being a great place to start. This is also when days get shorter, temperatures drop, and the rains fall.
Spend 8 days exploring history, nature, and culture on this tour of Transylvania and Bucovina. Start in Bucharest to the Parliament Palace and the Old City center. Continue to the countryside, visiting medieval castles, small villages, and seeing the beautiful landscapes along the way. End the trip with a real treat—a visit to Bran Castle, legendary home of the mythical Dracula.
