The trip started with booking it through Gumi who was wonderful & easy to work with. I shared what we wanted to do & he provided all the details plus any thoughts on what else should be included or skipped for the specific time of year. The lagoons (hot springs!!), waterfalls, ice caves, iceberg. cold water snorkeling, coastal arches & food tour were all incredible. What a fabulous trip to be able to share with our daughter & son-in-law.

We found Noga, Nick and Maria to be a wonderful team. They were very responsive, provided detailed answers to all of our questions, and made modifications based on our interests. When we had an unexpected physical challenge, they not only assisted in helping us cancel a couple of excursions, but checked in on us throughout the trip. We loved the accommodations chosen for us.
