The 1 day trip to Golden circle was a great experience. It was worth viking experience and guide was Greter. It was only 3 of us and intimate and informational.
The 2 day South coast was very long driving in the van. I don’t think there is any other way to have done it tho.
Overall the suggestions of what to see and do were spot on. Thank you Emanuela for planning a wonderful adult mama/daughter bonding

Our trip to Iceland was one of the best we have taken as a family. It all started with a message from Éric at Iceland Offbeat, who quickly put together a great and manageable itinerary for the Western peninsula and the southern coast, ending back in Reykjavik.

There wasn’t a detail left untouched for our trip to Iceland. Gummie was incredibly thorough. For ease of use I had our pdf of the trip printed into a presentation book and we kept it in the car with us, plus now it’s a great detailed keepsake. The rental from Blue Car came with WiFi and we found that to be so helpful. Each hotel stay was perfect and went beyond expectations for unique settings, boutique style rooms and staff experience. I am happy to read that your experience of Hótel Óðinsvé was better than Joe's. Yes, it was very kind of them to hold the purse, and it was super kind of the staff af Hótel Húsafell to take the purse to Reykjavík and drop it off there.
