This was my first time using KimKim and I am impressed by how customizable and personal my experience was. After I got my first itinerary from Roy, I responded with the parts I liked and didn’t like and Roy just kept adjusting until the itinerary for a week in Norway was ideal for me and my sister. I was really appreciative when after the initial trip’s estimate was more expensive than I could afford, accommodations were changed so that we didn’t have to cut any of our activities. And the... This was a fun hotel! Bring a sleep mask if you stay during the summer because the skylight doesn’t have any cover and it’s bright all night! But the Viking aesthetic and proximity to the boat and restaurants are great.
