Highly recommend this activity. The location of the Estancia by the fjord was breathtaking. Our whole group enjoyed the trail ride - on well-behaved and beautiful white horses. The roasted lamb lunch was first rate! Herding dogs put in a good show and we were able to witness sheep being sheared. The staff was attentive, pleasant, fun and helpful. Special shout out to Carla,, our guide - she was very informative and made sure we were well taken cared of.

Excellent location and delicious food. This was the best hotel of our trip. We're very happy we didn't stay at Hotel del Paine. The complementary drinks was a nice touch which allowed us to discover calafate sours.

The location was good although the window the first night wouldn't close so there was a good bit of road noise. The staff was not particularly helpful and the breakfast wasn't the best.

The location is great and the staff is very helpful. The room was small unlike the pictures. The rooftop pool was very small. The hotel has two entrances which was problematic when we were leaving, Transvip was waiting on the street behind the hotel instead of at the front door.

The description was for a bungalow. We had a room with a corner kitchen. There's no air conditioning so the room got very warm. Luckily there were two fans which we had to use all of the time. The last night the water went out. The next morning the want came back but the electricity went out. For the airport transfers, they really should use the guest's names to avoid the problem we had of confusing with another Cabanas.

Armando was a good guide. We were able to pick which hikes we wanted. He also let my wife use his hiking poles. Unfortunately when we were coming down from Mirador Condor, he was going down quickly.

One of the high points of our trip. Seeing the glacier and the impact of climate change was very impressive.

Freddy did an outstanding job. It was great that he met us at the hotel and we took the subway together. We tried multiple foods and then saw multiple street art around Bellavista. Freddy is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Julio Contreras was very flexible in customizing our tour so we got to see the sites we wanted to visit.

Felipe Godoy is an excellent guide. He was extremely helpful in suggesting visits for our free day. The tour did not include the cable car up to the top of Cerro San Cristobal.

These are the only moai facing the sea.

A good introduction into the history of Rapa Nui.

This is a stunning property. Everything was wonderful, from the casita to the restaurant to the wine tour. Highly recommend.

Lovely relaxed winery stay. Comfortable room, beautiful grounds, very good restaurant.

This is a lovely period building, and the decor is simple and elegant. However, the bathroom in our room was on a lower floor, accessible only by a steep spiral staircase. Breakfast was good.

Good solid choice for lodging in Santiago. Breakfast was comprehensive, although nothing fancy. Staff was helpful. Location is great for getting around the city.

Jose was a great guide - knowledgeable and very proud of his city. Unfortunately, we scheduled our trip for Monday, when most of the attractions were closed.

Escorial Winery was our favorite of all the wineries we visited in all the valleys. Their story is inspiring, and the wines were delicious. Sadly, they do not export to the States, so we spent a great deal of our limited take-home wine allowance here!

All the wineries we visited were impressive in their own ways, but we particularly loved El Principal and Haras de Pirque.

Great breakfast. Unfortunately, we had very little time to spend at this elegant hotel.

Very comfortable cabin, and suitable for a much needed respite after a day of hiking

The front desk staff were not eager to answer questions. They kept referring us to the QR codes, which didn't always provide us with the information we needed. The restaurant was amazing at the hotel.

Friendly staff, comfy rooms, good location! The South Americans like their swimming pools hot!!! The gym was good. We were able to explore the city from the location.

The location was beautiful but we had to take an uber to get into town. The restaurant was very good with friendly waitstaff.

The staff was amazingly accomodating. They let us use the facilities with no quesitons asked, and they even helped us watched a very important football playoff game in the lobby! They could not have been nicer! The rooms were clean and comfy.

We loved the breakfast at this hotel! We were there only briefly, but it was very comfortable and for the short time we were there, we loved it!

The top bunks were hard to climb up and get down, especially for people in their 70s like us. The lodge was comfortable and the people were very nice. The food was soso.

The cottage was great and close to the bathroom which was clean. The food was soso. It was hard to walk around from cabin to cabin and to the central location because of many large rocks. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

Nice hotel; friendly staff. The only things that I didn't like was that we had to carry our suitcases to the second floor, and we were a trek from town.

The hike along Lake Nordenskjold was quite challenging. It was listed as the easiest day, but we found it to be the hardest compared to the following days. The terrain was more uphill and took longer than expected. However, the scenery was beautiful and varied, which we appreciated despite the difficulty.

I really enjoyed the day hike to Laguna Esmeralda. Our tour guide was excellent and the hike itself had stunning views. We would have preferred to continue with a full day hike the next day, but due to others in our group, we had to settle for short walks, which was a bit disappointing. A private tour or more upfront information would have been ideal.

The penguin catamaran tour was absolutely fantastic. We had an amazing time and were so lucky to see both penguins and even whales swimming nearby. It was one of many highlights on our trip! Everything went smoothly and the views from the catamaran were breathtaking. Highly recommended!
