We also sincerely appreciate your constructive comments. You are absolutely right that we could have done a better job during the orientation in explaining that you would have the same guide and vehicle throughout the safari. We are pleased this turned out to be a positive surprise, but we agree that this should have been communicated clearly from the outset so you knew exactly what to expect.

Regarding the return journey, thank you for highlighting this as well. We understand how the expectation of a more comfortable transfer could have been confusing, and we will ensure we are much clearer in future about when road transfers are involved, the expected driving conditions, and how they compare with flying so our guests can make fully informed decisions.

We also apologize for the delay in resolving the refund for the cancelled activity. While we are glad it was ultimately sorted out, we understand the frustration of having to follow up multiple times, and we are reviewing our internal processes to ensure these matters are handled more proactively in the future.

I’m also thrilled that you enjoyed the accommodations, food, wildlife encounters, and cultural experiences. Spotting an African Wild Cat is quite the achievement, many guides go years without seeing one! It sounds like you had an incredible collection of sightings across both Uganda and Kenya.
