It was an absolute joy getting to know you and Gregory through our many Zoom calls and planning your special adventure together. I genuinely loved working with you both, and I was so looking forward to seeing you experience everything we had planned.

I was absolutely heartbroken that your journey took such an unexpected turn and that you weren’t able to continue on to New Zealand. During such a difficult time, my only priority was making sure you were both supported, comfortable and able to return home safely.

You, Gregory, Lisa, Matt, Laurie and Mitch were such a wonderful group of people to work with, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have been part of your journey.

I sincerely hope this isn’t the end of your Australian and New Zealand adventures, and that one day soon we’ll have the opportunity to plan that New Zealand trip you were so looking forward to. It would be my absolute pleasure to help make that happen.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed your trip overall, especially your time in Tokyo. While I’m sorry the typhoon delayed your cruise arrival and caused you to miss your hotel stay, I’m glad my team and I were able to find a solution.

Regarding the transfer from the Port of Osaka, it would have been helpful if we had been notified through our support space at the time, as we could have assisted in locating your driver more quickly. Nonetheless, I will share your feedback with our local partner so they can continue improving the experience for future travelers.

I’m also glad our partner was able to accommodate the last-minute changes after your overnight stay in Kyoto was no longer possible. I understand the meeting point for the replacement Kyoto market food tour was a bit confusing, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Despite the short notice, our partner did their best to adjust the arrangements so you could still enjoy your time in Kyoto, and I’m happy everything worked out well in the end.

While I’m sorry you missed the wagashi-making experience as you only have a day in Kyoto, I’m delighted to hear that you thoroughly enjoyed the knife-making experience and the food tour in Kyoto. I’m also pleased we were able to adjust the arrangements to ensure you could still make the most of your visit.
