Although the family whose boat it was were lovely and friendly, we were fairly disappointed in the experience. We expected to move around a bit more and there was some confusion between the driver and the captain as to what time we needed to be back in port so as a result our dinner was almost not served at all and when it was it was sort of rushed.

I really enjoyed using Kim Kim, they struck the perfect balance of giving us the skeleton of the trip without scheduling us every hour of the day. They helped us put together a great experience.

We thought we wanted to use Airbnb’s for our lodging, which I’m sure would have been fine. They convinced me however to use boutique hotels and I’m glad they did. We would have had a great trip on our own, but it was amazing because of their advice. Was definitely worth the extra money to have them involved in the planning process.

Also, they were very responsive while on the trip, because inevitably things went wrong and they helped fix them promptly.

Will use again.

We thought we’d see more of the sea The food was a problem. Only cut up fruit for appetizer, boxed wine, and the dinner got really messed up. Misunderstanding? I personally don’t feel it was the polished experience we expected

Last minute Greece Holiday - Perfect
My wife and I were on a cruise that ended in Athens. We planned an additional 4 days in Greece. We had never been to Greece, and we didn't know what to do. I was researching some direction, and came upon Kimkim. Upon inquiry, the request was sent to a vetted travel and hospitality company in Athens. Lucky for us, the request landed on Chris's desk. We were putting this together days before we disembarked in Athens. The only thing we knew, is that we wanted to spend 2 days in the Peloponnese Nafplio area, and 2 days in Athens, including a Jewish History tour and the Acropolis. The communication between Chris and I was so seamless, and the ideas, were flowing. Chris managed every aspect of our 4 day holiday. Chris arranged the hotel, a driver for us to pick us up at the port, drive to Nafplio, and be available for what we might need. We couldn't have been luckier than to have Andreas with us, laying out the area, giving us information on options, and with Chris, arranged 2 private tours with George to see the ruins at Epidaurus, and the ancient kingdom of Mycenae. Everything was perfect - and I mean perfect. (We are very discriminating travelers). Andreas drove us to Athens to our hotel for the remaining 2 days. Chris once again, did not disappoint, and scheduled our private guide Giota, who is remarkable, fabulous and so knowledgeable. An archeologist and historian who took us to the acropolis at the sunset hour. It was quite hot, but her spirit, her personality and of course the subject matter, just superb. The following day, Giota took us to the Jewish museum, and arranged a private docent tour, and then on to the synagogue. Lots of planning and security was done behind the scenes - but when Donna and I got there, everything was in order.

To conclude - all of my expectations were more than met and were all exceeded. I would not hesitate to plan another trip with Chris, and his company. This is the first European trip post pandemic - and everything was perfect and fantastic. Imagine planning a quick trip days before and having your travel partner, exceed every single expectation. Chris even found time to meet me at my hotel in Athens to welcome me properly. I will be doing more business with Kimkim and with Chris on locations his company works in. What a pleasure and what a treat. Kudos to Andreas, and Giota who treated us like family with professionalism and so much warmth. The last piece was our private transfer to the airport - and that was seamless as well. thank you all so much. Jodie and Donna

We disembarked from our cruise ship, and our driver, and guide Andreas picked us up at the cruise terminal. He drove us to Nafplio (which is about 2 hours), showed us the lay of the land, helped us check into our hotel, and was there to drive us, tour with us, and available each day for whatever we needed. We loved the fact that Andreas was nearby, he is warm, knowledgeable and gave us the freedom to determine what to do and helped us plan a few things. Andreas is a tremendous asset, and we loved getting to know him, as well as totally respecting his professionalism.

we specifically asked for this portion of our trip. We visited the Jewish museum in Athens. Our guide Giota, arranged this visit. Our private guided tour was perfect. The staff archiologist who worked with us was so knowledgable. SO much history, and presented in a way that everyone could take something away from the experience. From there, we visited a functioning synagogue in Athens. Lots of security and pre planning needed. Worth it all.

Probably the most wonderful and relaxing vacation we’ve taken in 30 years!!! Our trip to Delphi was both beautiful and educational, and our guide Zaida was an absolute treasure! Our stay on Milos was highlighted by a sailing cruise to amazing coves and beach sights. Folegandros followed with time spent in the quaint Charo and its wonderful Church of Panagia and the beach of Paralia Agkali. Naxos with the Temple of Apollo and it’s historic areas and waterfront dining cannot be forgotten!! The Knossos Palace in Crete was breathtaking!
I’ve not forgotten about the food or the kindness of the Greek people, that needs a chapter to its self. I don’t think that there was anything which we dined on which was not amazing and incredibly fresh! We are already looking forward to visiting again but spending more time there.
We cannot thank Antonis enough for helping us plan this vacation, every detail was perfect and all his recommendations were SPOT ON!! We will definitely use him again on the next trip!!

Dear Eleni! Our trip to Greece was a "trip of a lifetime." For Brett and I, this was our first trip to Europe and everything was perfect! We loved the accommodations: the Dome Resort in Santorini was quiet and provided a lot of personal services; the Kanales Resort in Paros was charming with a fantastic breakfast buffet and we loved the opportunity to walk into town in a few minutes to visit the shops and delicious restaurants; the pool and rooftop restaurant at the Electra Palace in Athens were wonderful; and finally the Elia Ermou hotel in Athens was in the heart of the city and allowed us to visit so many different neighborhoods, shops, taverns, and restaurants. Our transportation and guides were always prompt and so knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and connected the dots for us as they helped us learn some of the vast history and sights of the country; in particular, Anastasia was fantastic for the Acropolis tour, Costas was amazing for the tour of Santorini and the wine tour; and,Yannis was so informative as a transportation guide - both he and Costas showed us a places we wouldn't have seen without their guidance; finally Nickolas our driver to Delphi and Meteora was so entertaining and enjoyable - he had a ton of energy and ensured we enjoyed our trip through the mountains. The catamaran trip was breathtaking and one that I would recommend to anyone visiting Santorini - what a beautiful way to see the island. Thank you again for your incredible planning of our trip - it was just the right amount of travel, education, entertainment, and relaxation. I'm sure we'll be back to Greece - there is so much more to explore!

Every part of this trip was flawless and Harris did a fabulous job planning all the details. We especially enjoyed the town of Nafplio and the private tours with the guides from Nicki tours. Nicki in Olympia was engaging and brought history to life and Theodore at Corinth had a deep knowledge and Katarina was enthusiastic and even shared her favorite restaurants for the remainder of our tour. The people at the Herodian in Athens took especially good care of us and all the drivers were prompt and professional (love the rooftop bar and hot tub). We will use Kimkim again! And Harris was patient and flexible since we first booked 3 years ago and had to postpone due to the pandemic. We felt very well cared for and appreciated all the detailed information provided for us for the journey, including Harris’ dining tips and what to do with any free time. A perfect way to travel.

She seemed a bit rote and was highly distracted by phone calls from the company about latecomers.

Our trip to Greece was spectacular. The kimkim team made travel seamless and stress free. Chris Gravas took great care of us - he was very responsive in both the planning stages and also while we were in Greece. He made the effort to greet us in person after we arrived (bearing gifts!) and checked in with us regularly to make sure all was well. When we had questions, his response was immediate. The itinerary was perfect: 2 nights in Athens - freedom to explore, incredible dining and a tour of the Acropolis where we learned a great deal (thank you Zeda!). 3 nights in Naxos -very beautiful and chill and not super touristy and then 3 nights in Santorini. Here there was breathtaking scenery, a memorable sunset cruise (great crew & dinner) - an island very different from Naxos and the mainland and we loved the contrast. Kimkim took care of all the activities and logistics of this trip and we were beyond satisfied. We are already discussing our next trip and it will definitely be with kimkim.

We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Kim Kim and the local travel specialists they partnered with in Greece. Tasos planned a great trip and was very responsive to all our questions. All our hotels were wonderful and we were met by very friendly hosts. Sweet Home hotel even packed us a to-go breakfast for our early morning ferry pick up. The private transfers, ferry and airline reservations all worked seamlessly. Lampros Travel in Athens was exceptional, especially the sunset tour on our final evening. Argyros Travel in Santorini hosted a lovely wine tasting tour that included sunset views. We would most certainly recommend Kim Kim for international traveling!

The overall trip 7 days was very well handled by Kim Kim and their affiliates in particular the following :
a) Acropolis and Flavors of Athens.
- Aleks the tour guide was superb in his presentation and photo taking. Very well received by my wife and I, though he has so much to share, the 2 hour tour of Acropolis went by in a flash. 9.5 /10
b) Food expert guide : Andreas, another really warm and friendly guide who took us to the main Monstiriki market and savour the eats around the area. 9 / 10

b) Mythical Argolis Day trip
- Georges had some trouble communicating in English, but he made it up by giving us the BEST seafood meal eaten at Alloum restaurant at Napfoli. Meal 10 / 10. Superb !
- the fortress at Palamidi was scenic and the Acropolis of Mycenae were also good, but perhaps lacking an interactive guide to explain more to us. 8/10.

Accomodation : Sweet Home Boutique ; Good breakfast, excellent location, although room could have been newer. Aphrodite is a gem of a front desk lady. So helpful and nice.

c) Mykonos (3 days 2 nights)
- Small miscommunication of pickup time on 21st Sept, 15 minutes delay. The rest went on without a hitch.
- Great time spent there. Enjoyed every minute of our time there.

d) Santorini
- No hitches, and the views were fantastic.

- Waterless farming tour. Excellent ! This is really something else and the guide Anna and our group made it so memorable to be with. The meal under the Ficus tree was so enjoyable !

- Kastro Hotel : Excellent Hotel location, suite was facing the blue ocean.

Only 3 hitches, 1. the owner rather standoffish, but no major glitches.
2. Room is rather old and cupboards had dank smell.
3. Could not flush toilet paper into the WC. (I guess this applies to all of Santorini).

We worked with Eleni to plan this memorable and special trip to Greece and I cannot stress how fantastic she was to work with. From day 1, she listened and adjusted schedules and basically gave us an experience that we will never forget. I made numerous changes to the itinerary and she was always pleasant and professional. She also worked with our budget and was able to include some phenomenal experiences based on our requests and desires. The entire trip flowed flawlessly. All the hotels were AMAZING and the experiences were definitely UNFORGETTABLE. Our trip to Metoera was so unique and seeing the monasteries in their unique environment was fantastic. Each of our transfers was there on time and we never had any issues. Finally, our favorites were some experiences in Mykonos and Santorini...in Mykonos we had an amazing sailing cruise for 7 hours and we loved it. In Santorini we had a sunset sailing cruise with delicious food and also this great wine tasting experience. I cannot recommend Eleni highly enough and we would definitely go back again and use her for planning our trip!

Nadia did a fabulous job of planning our vacation for us. Everything was on point and on schedule from the hotels, transfers and excursions.

First of all, the trip exceeded our expectations by a long ways! Thank you so much Chris for all your help in the planning and execution!
Our first stop was in Athens, where we stayed in the plako district in a very cute suite in a perfect location. The hostess there [named Magna, I believe] was super helpful in every way.
We were met at the hotel and taken to the fast ferry by an individual whose name I cannot remember. In fact we were always met on time in each location but the names of the driver's escape me. Nonetheless they were all punctual and most pleasant.
Our next stop was Cyros, where he stayed as an unbelievably amazing suite with a beautiful large deck overlooking the ocean! The proprietor [Doddy] and her daughter were most gracious and helpful. The breakfasts they provided were outstanding.
Our next stop was Naxos, and it was the least favorite places on the trip. The room we stayed in was somewhat dark, and although it did have a view of the ocean, between us and the ocean was a parking lot and a field. The breakfast was outstanding but not in the building we were staying in, Although the location was not bad, it was not great either. We would not recomend this hotel. The highlight of the island was the car rental [which I would highly recommend for both islands] and our tourof the Island.
The final stop was the highlight of the trip which was Santorini. The accomodationds were unbelieveable, as was the hostess, Again great breakfasts. We took a guided tour of the Island ending in a wine tasting location, and we probably no more about Santorini than we do about Victoria where we live. The guide on the tour was the key reason that it was such a success. We are uncertain about his name but believe it was Bosnos, or something similar. Most informative and entertaining as well! On the last day we went on a sunset cruise on a catamaran, and although the sea was quite rough, it was well worth taking gravol and enjoying the scenery and company. The staff on the boat were most gracious, serving beer, wine and a very good dinner. It was a nice way to finish off our visit to Greece.

The trip was amazing. All of the transfers came off smoothly and the hotels were great.
The first night dinner at the Ergon was fabulous, we could not eat all of it. What an array of foods! Pavlina Snoblova was a great tour guide for the Athens food tour, a real must for those seeking some authentic Greek food and coffee. We really liked Efyenyi's guided tour of the acropolis area. Being an archeologist, she had some good in-depth knowledge.
Antonio on Syros went above and beyond with his tour. It was the "white glove" treatment. I recommend him. The Akron Hotel was beautiful and the view from our window spectacular.
On to Naxos - we would have liked being closer to the beach but everything was very good. The second day was very windy so we shifted great and toured the marble city instead of Plaka Beach. Our driver spoke no English so it was a quiet ride, We toured the Kastelo and the next day on the food tour with Kyriaki we visited all but 2 of the stops we went to the day before. Glad to see our choices validated!
Then to Santorini; what a beautiful place! the room was exquisite. our favorite right after the Akron. We would recommend room 22b at the Makris Beach hotel! Bello was our tour guide for the trip to Oia, he was excellent, keep him. Our day trip on the catamaran was stunning. We were on the Time Out. The captain and crew we competent and hard working, seeing the city of Oia and the beaches from the water was a unique perspective. Snorkling was lovely as was the on-baord food. The icing on the cake was when the captain stopped the boat so we could all see the sun go down into the Agean sea. Truly memorable. The only thing I would have wanted was late check out from the Makris Beach Hotel, we could have enjoyed the beach one more time.

Greece was so amazing that I really do not know where to begin. First, KimKim and Chris were incredible. Chris took the time to talk to me and my wife and really try to understand the type of trip we were after - we wanted to explore on our own, sail on a small boat and see all the sights but not be with a big group.

He put together an 18 day extravaganza that included local guides in Athens (Thanks Apollo !), a car rental with us driving around Greece to Delphi, Olympia, Nafplio and all the amazing sites in between. We had lunch with an amazing family of olive oil makers, we toured a winery (that our local guide in Athens suggested), incredible accommodations at each city (we stayed in Galaxidi, Katakolo and Nafplio). The driving was easy and fun and gave us the flexibility to do what we wanted. We made a circle around the Bay of Corinth, returned to Athens and flew to Mykonos. In Mykonos we hopped on a 40 foot sailboat.

We sailed with naxos-yachting.com and had an incredible crew - shout out to Akis and Anna. They took us to Delos, Paros, Naxos, Schinousa and Santorini. Each port was mind blowing and after 4 days of sailing, they are friends for life. They had so much local knowledge and got us off the beaten path - we hit restaurants that only the locals use, we jumped off cliffs, we swam in caves and at one point we found ourselves sitting on the front porch of an old couple's house, laughing and drinking some homemade liquor with them - us not speaking a lick of Greek and them not speaking a lick of English - amazing.

We ended the trip with a few restful days on Santorini - we had wine tour, a boat ride through the caldera and more amazing accommodations - Santorini is like a movie set.

We travel a lot and expect small things/inconveniences to pop up. Honestly, did not have a single one. Every time Chris had planned a driver - they were there on time and professional. Every flight - we had our tickets, transfer etc. Every hotel, they were waiting for us. Unreal.

All in all, one of the best trips of my life.

3Sixty Hotel & Suites

Nafplio

Nafplio is a must see. While I tell everyone that the people I met in Greece were the nicest people in the world, the staff at this hotel topped the list. The young ladies that worked the desk and the breakfast area were delights. They were super helpful, took care of getting our laundry done, hooked us up with suggested beach spots and kept the ice buckets full (which in Europe is amazing). The rooms were large, big ceilings and great. The food at the restaurant (breakfast was included) was great, so good that we stayed for dinner one night.

Beautiful place. My wife and I ended up with a very large room that had a kitchen, bath and upstairs loft. The Breakfast in this place is crazy good. Staff was super. I honestly felt like I was staying in someone's house.

This was an "optional" but suggested event. We had a group of 6, I called on our way out of Delphi and they said just swing by. HOLY COW - we had one of the best meals, olive oil tasting, discussions with locals on the whole trip. 6 people 4 bottles of wine and all the food you can eat - $140.

Apollo was our guide and he did a great job answering 1,000 questions, giving us insight into the ruins and, best of all, giving us tips for the rest of the trip. At his suggestion we hit a winery "Up in the Clouds" and had one of those unexpected great days.

The entire trip went very smoothly. Our guides and flights were on time, and our experiences were amazing. My favorite was the sunset cruise in Santorini and the all day sailing trip In Santa Maria di Leuce! I couple disappointments was where we went on the bike tout and the cooking class. Was a total different than what the agenda said. The guides were still wonderful and Chef Livio was an absolute charm. We thought we were going into he countryside but apparently the Italy organizer was under the impression we were adamant about keeping it personal just for us. If we were asked we all agreed that we would have preferred the original pan even if it meant we would be with other people. One other drawback was the accommodations in Naples. The place itself was fine it was the dreadful neighborhood! We tried to venture out and each time went back to the hotel to eat both lunch and dinner! Pretty scary in that area.

Our trip was a bit of an issue due to Covid. We had it planned since 2020 and just now completed it. Harris was amazing working through it all with us. I didn't even want to go, but once there, it was incredible. Every hotel stay was perfect! The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and everyone was so kind. The guides that we had with our tours were exceptional! Sophia, Matina, Elena and the other two (can't remember their names) were all wonderful. Andreas, who was our guide in Chania for the food tour was also awesome! The only trip I would caution planning for people is the Samaria Gorge hike. We consider ourselves very fit for our age, but we found it to be a bit strenuous. We are glad we completed it, but we would never do it again. Were the views worth it??? Maybe. We have hiked the west in the USA and have seen the same and we didn't have to put near the effort into those hikes!
Nicoletta at the Grotta hotel was the nicest, most generous person. She is the owner and you feel the love the minute you walk into the hotel.
Tinos was our favorite island.
I could go on and on, but honestly, we do not have one complaint. Harris did a spectacular job and had great patience dealing with us throughout the planning stages with Covid.
