What you'll do

Your journey back in time begins when you arrive at the Acropolis, your guide leading the way as you explore the ancient citadel's remains of monumental buildings, such as the Theatre of Dionysus, the birthplace of Greek drama, and the Temple of Athena Nike, dedicated to the goddess of victory. As you move through the site, your guide will weave tales of the legendary figures and deities associated with these hallowed places, deepening your understanding of the rich tapestry of Greek mythology.

Your sunset discovery walk will take you to the Ionic Erechtheion, known for its caryatids—sculpted female figures serving as architectural supports—and the grand entrance of the Propylaea, setting the stage for your approach to the Parthenon. Standing atop the Acropolis hill, the Parthenon is a testament to the architectural brilliance and cultural achievements of ancient Greece. Tips for future travelers

Add more time before or after for the Acropolis museum. Lots of nice restaurants before and after the tour. Wear comfortable shoes (will be dusty/sandy, slippery if wet)
